Five years ago, I was drowning in burnout myself. As a holistic health coach, I had all the "knowledge" about what I "should" be doing, but my nervous system was fried, my relationships were suffering, and I felt completely disconnected from myself. Balanced Blueprint was born from my own healing journey.

By combining neuroscience, behavior change psychology, and nervous system regulation, I created a framework that didn't just address the symptoms of burnout—it healed it at the root. 

Since then, hundreds of women have used this exact system to rebuild their lives after burnout. Not through restrictive routines or punishing self-discipline, but through genuine self-connection and incremental habits that actually stick.
