As a holistic health coach, I've experienced my own transformation from disordered eating to nourishing my well-being intuitively and effortlessly through my habits.

Everything changed for me when I discovered the power of behavior science. In pairing the science with simple, practical frameworks, self-care has become so enjoyable for me that I now prioritize it over everything!

My passion is in sharing the ease (and fun!) of taking good care of yourself with busy women like you – someone looking to shortcut and simplify the process of living a balanced lifestyle.

when does the program start?

Right away! Once you enroll, you will receive an email with a link to add the self-guided program to your favorite audio player.

The first audio from me will be available on day 1. The following day, episode 2 will instantly populate, day 3, day 4, and so on over the course of four weeks. Once an episode populates as you progress through the framework, you have access to it for life. 

How do i schedule my 1x1 coaching call with you?

Once you enroll, you will receive a link to my calendar to book your time. We can meet at the beginning of your program, in the middle, or once you finish the framework. The purpose of this call is to bridge any gaps and help you fully integrate the framework into your lifestyle. Most people wait until the end, but it's totally up to you!

What other resources are provided?

Along with 4 weeks of coaching audios, you will also have access to playlists, meditations, and journal prompts that will help you apply this framework and its concepts in your own life. 

Do you offer refunds?
